A transition is something we go through, an event or milestone. And good or bad we go through many transitions in our lives. At Transitionz Wellness Boutique, we strive to help men, women and children find the products and services they need to get through chemotherapy and radiation therapies and their side effects. We are the only boutique in Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia to carry the full line of Lindi Skin® skin-care products, including the Cooler Roll® and Cooler Pad® (now covered by Medicare). We also stock Alra®  non-metallic deodorant and gentle, soothing shampoo/body wash and lotion, and Jean's®  Radiation Burn Cream. All invaluable while going through chemo and/or radiation.

We respect your privacy and believe everyone should be treated with dignity. That is why we’re not in a strip mall or shopping center. Located in the Fleming Island Medical Plaza, we serve all of Southeast Georgia and Northeast Florida including Gainesville, Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, Fernandina Beach, Ponte Vedra, Orange Park, Fleming Island, Middleburg, Palatka and points as far south as St. Augustine, Daytona, Cocoa and Orlando. At Transitionz we fit the “hard to fit”. Transitionz provides private fitting rooms with specially trained and certified fitters for mastectomy and lymphedema needs. We have a generous supply of full and partial breast forms, by Amoena®  and American Breast Care®, mastectomy bras and swim wear for women who have undergone breast surgery and need a little help restoring balance and symmetry. We offer men and women ready-to-wear, and can custom measure and fit for compression garments for both upper and lower extremities, and have a complete line of support hose and socks for pregnant women, travelers, anyone who's on their feet all day; and offer Juzo's Silver® for diabetic and wound care customers and Juzo's Silver Sole® sport socks for our athletic clients. 

Transitionz also has a mini-salon for men, women and children with a full line of  turbans, hats, wigs (by Raquel Welch® , Ava Gabor®  and Henry Margu®), and other accessories. We believe that Breast Health is important so we support pregnant and nursing mothers with the very best in maternity swim wear, nursing bras, breast pumps and accessories by Anita® , Bravado!®  and Avent® , and organic skin care products for mom and baby by Earth Mama Angel Baby® . We also carry hypoallergenic and fragrance free shampoo, body wash and sunscreen from California Baby®  (not just for babies).

And we now offer massage therapy services in our mini-spa. So come in and treat yourself to a relaxing Swedish massage, a localized area Therapeutic massage, Hot Stone massage, Neuromuscular Therapy Treatment, or treat yourself or someone you love (maybe your care giver) to a mini-massage or seated chair massage. You'll help rid yourself or your loved one of the every-day stresses we go through. We even offer Paraffin Baths for smooth feet, elbow, hands or anywhere that needs a little pampering.

While Breast Cancer is big part of why we're here, we support all cancer related causes. That's why Transitionz carries Cancer Support items and gifts and a portion of our after-tax proceeds is donated to organizations working on finding a cure. We also offer resources and contacts to various support groups and service organizations and insurance help is available.  Please stop in the store, call, e-mail with any questions and see how we can help you through your transition.
